Must-Have Skills
- Deep domain expertise in Life Sciences commercial & regulatory revenue management systems (contracting, pricing, chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid/GP/DRM).
- Proven hands-on experience with Model N (Commercial + Regulatory modules: Contracting, Pricing, Chargebacks/Rebates, GP/Medicaid).
- Strong data management & migration skills customer master, transactional, and payment data mapping.
- Experience in ERP/Systems Integration (SAP S/4 HANA) and impact assessment on downstream systems (Finance/GL, BI, reconciliation).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of ETL/data-load processes , integration technologies (EDI, XML, web services) , and reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, Looker) .
- Exposure to flex fields, complex contract hierarchies, duplicate/merged customer handling .
- Familiarity with agile/hybrid methodology , change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong Excel modelling , estimation, and documentation (impact analysis, roadmap, specification).
